ABOUT US

"Pulkovo Aircraft Services" (PAS) provide it's activities since 2001, as a Company for organization of business & charter flights.

We are the first Company in S.t-Petersburg, which had been certified and licensed by Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation, according to State laws, branch requirements and instructions.

One of the most important direction is ground handling supervision and control of all ramp activities at Pulkovo ULLI/LED airport.

PAS is the first Company in St.-Petersburg, which had been registered in ICAO as Aeronautical Agency with code "PGH"

We provide complete flight and ground support provisions in close cooperation with our partners for more than 300 (three hundred) flights per month.

Last, but not least to mention, that PAS has been apointed as Handling Agent for all USA Presidential visits to St.-Petersburg within last 6 years.

Further to the above mentioned, PAS plans training of qualified personnel abroad for implementation of aircraft maintenance and asquisition of necessary equipment for towage, parking and line maintenance, which is not available at the time being at Pulkovo airport.
